COMMUNITY REQUESTS FOR FUNDING
"REQUIREMENTS"

The Sunriver La Pine Rotary Club Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable corporation, was formed to make donations to, dispense charitable contributions through,
and otherwise aid and support those organizations organized exclusively for:
 Charitable, Educational, Literary or Scientific purposes.

The Trustees of the Foundation have further stipulated that all donations, contributions, aid and support be limited to the Youth, Families and Senior Charities within the Sunriver, Three Rivers and La Pine communities.

If your organization complies with the above purpose and stipulation
of the Sunriver La Pine Rotary Club Foundation,
then we welcome your Application for Funding.


Funding requests 
are reviewed on a "Quarterly" Basis.

Deadlines for submitting your request are:
October 31, 2022
January 31, 2023
April 30, 2023

Previous recipients must also

and return with Application.

Each "Round" will be reviewed by the
Sunriver-La Pine Rotary Foundation Board
on the First Wednesday of:
November
February 
March

August

NOTE:
The 1st Round typically receives the most requests and although subsequent Rounds are available, we may have distributed all available funds for our Rotary calendar year.

Please provide all Financial Information, Post Funding Reports,
and other information requested; or explain the absence thereof.
Failure to submit your funding request before the deadline above or
 failure to provide ALL information may result in a decline of your request.

If you have questions regarding the application process, or wish to obtain additional info from the Foundation, please contact Susan Jain, see below.

Your Application will be reviewed for completeness upon receipt.
A follow-up interview or on-site visit may be required as part of the application process.
Applicants will be informed in writing of the Foundation’s decision as outlined above.

IMPORTANT:
All organizations funded in the previous year by our Rotary Foundation
will be required to submit a Post Funding Report,

summarizing the use of the funding and the actual benefits
to your organization compared to the
anticipated benefits of the original application.
